I’ve been able to purchase my 5th rental property with Sherman Bridge Lending’s rehab loan program. They gave me the money to purchase and fix up the property. My bank was going to make me put down four times as much money and pay for the repairs out of my own pocket. Sherman Bridge Lending is the only choice for buying investment properties. Because of them I’m able to start my retirement as a landlord / real estate investor.
